LINK UP: The Orchestra Moves

(3rd – 6th grade students)

The Carnegie Link Up program guides music teachers and students grades 3–6 through a year-long exploration of symphonic repertoire. This program provides extensive standards-based teacher and student materials and culminates in an interactive orchestral concert in which students are invited to actively participate from their seats by playing recorder, through movement, and by singing along. This year's Link Up program, Link Up: The Orchestra Sings!, explores how music can rock through melody, rhythm, and harmony changes. Join us and discover how the orchestra sings!
