2025-2026 Chamber Series

Join us for three intimate, recital-style concerts in the beautiful Holy Rosary Chapel on the Adrian Dominican Motherhouse campus—each evening features exceptional artists in a stunning acoustic setting.

The Adrian Symphony Orchestra is proud to announce the launch of its new Summer Chamber Series, a three-concert event designed to showcase extraordinary artists in an intimate, acoustically rich environment. Performances will be held at the Holy Rosary Chapel, located on the Adrian Dominican Motherhouse campus, offering audiences a rare opportunity to experience chamber music in a stunning sacred space.

About the Series

The series begins on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, with Warren & Flick, a dynamic acoustic string duo known for their genre-blending approach that incorporates bluegrass, Scottish, folk, and American roots influences. Their fresh and heartfelt style promises to engage both traditional and contemporary audiences.

On Wednesday, July 23, 2025, the series continues with pianist Dominic Cheli, praised for his technical brilliance and imaginative interpretations. Cheli’s solo recital will feature American classics, including Gershwin’s An American in Paris (arranged by the artist), Rhapsody in Blue, and Bernstein’s Candide Overture, offering a vivid exploration of 20th-century American music.

The final concert will take place on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, featuring violinist Danielle Belen with pianist Sarina Zhang. Their program includes Rhapsody No. 1 by contemporary composer Jessie Montgomery and Debussy’s Sonata for Violin and Piano, providing a captivating blend of modern expression and French Impressionism.

Ideal setting for Live Chamber Music

Holy Rosary Chapel is a beautiful Gothic-style space built in the early 1900s and lovingly restored in the early 2000s. Located on the Adrian Dominican Sisters campus, the chapel features stunning stained glass windows and warm, resonant acoustics—an ideal setting for live chamber music.
